Nathan Lippincott is a builder at heart, a visionary by nature, and one of the most respected FORTIFIED experts in the country. Raised in a family of builders, Nathan grew up on job sites, learning craftsmanship, construction science, and problem-solving long before he could drive. Those early years shaped not only his skill set—but his leadership style, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
Before entering the inspection world, Nathan spent the majority of his career supervising framing crews for Southern Home Framing, managing complex builds, coordinating teams, and overseeing the construction of hundreds of homes from the ground up. Few evaluators in the industry possess his combination of hands-on building experience and technical inspection expertise.
In 2013, Nathan launched Knockout Inspections—a one-man operation with a mission to deliver safer homes and a better customer experience. Over the next decade, that small startup grew into a 22-employee, multi-state operation generating over $3 million annually.
His company is now recognized as one of the premier inspection organizations in the Southeast, built on a foundation of systems, consistent excellence, and a customer-first culture.
